Hello Everyone,
Thank you all to those who sent me emails this week they were so awesome! They said exactly everything i needed to hear. This week was a bit slow my companion was sick and so one of the days we stayed in the apartment all day and then also school is beginning for everyone here and so they were all traveling and doing stuff to get ready for school so we had a lot of bounced appointments. My companion and I had the opportunity to go and visit this polio camp that is in our area. Come to find out we have alot of members that are polio victims that live there. Many of them havnt been coming to church because of there lack of mobility and the church is very far for them. But they were very excited to see the missionaries. I talked to President last night about what we can do to help them come to church and he said that he is looking at allowing them to hold a sacrament service right there in the polio camp and stuff so that will be really cool i hope he allows my companion and i to go to that one time i think it would be a really cool experience. We also started teaching this family they are so amazing! There daughter came to church and told us that also her parents were interested in the latta days church and if we would come visit them. So we said we will be there this evening will that work? It was a bit of a hike because they live up a big hill but the view when you get to the top is amazing! And they have this really big nice house. It even had a doorbell i was so surprised i havnt seen a real doorbell in so long! I guess the dad is in the timber business or something i dk and then the mom also owns her own little shop. But they were way good. The wife had a lot of questions about baptism and we explained everything and she understood then later after the lesson she gave us some food and while we were eating she said so boys... it looks like i have some thinking and praying to do because from what your telling me I need to be rebaptised haha it was so sweet. And the husband is a Muslim but he acts like a christian i think he just doesnt like the social scene at church and so he just calls himself a Muslim so he doesn't have to go. But anyways they are very very good im really excited to continue to teach them. The only problem is the only time they are all home is sunday evenings so we can only teach them 1 a week but they promised to come to church this week. Which would be way sweet because it is our branch conference. But ya the work is going well. It is finally starting to stop raining as much. It still rains everyday but its not as bad. I cant wait until dry season again!! My shoes all have holes in the bottem so meet feet are soaked at the end of the day I cant wait for that to be over haha. Anyways thank you all for the love and support. The work is still moving!
