well I'm going to start by talking about the highlight of my week. So when i was transfered to the grafton area. I met 2 investigators by the name of Samuel and Joseph Nicholson. Well i guess i will first start off by talking about the Neves. So there is a coupel missionary in our mission named Elder and Sister Neves. And they love to come around with the missionaries and help us teach and everything they are pretty cool. Actually Elder Neves and i really didn't like each other at first but we are good friends now. We are both really bull headed and we both had to be right. When he got here we got talking about people from Spanish fork and he was being dumb and so i told him that i was from st.george and didn't associate with people from Spanish fork anyways and he didn't really like that haha it was a rocky start but now we are good friends. Anyways I guess before I came to this area Elder Neves contacted this Family named the Nicholsons. They live in the Ghetto of our area. So the mother was really worried about her sons and the people they were hanging out with and stuff. So the previous elders started to teach the whole family and i guess only the boys progressed. They love the church and got really involved and are really good kids. They have made a lot of friends in the branch and stuff. So we scheduled there baptism and asked them who they would like to baptize them and they weren't really sure and that they wanted us to decide. So as i was thinking about who they have gotten close to in the branch and how they were introduced to the gospel i remembered that elder neves had actually been the one to contact them. So i decided i would ask him if he would like to do the baptizing. We happened to run into him at christianas restaurant that night and he said you didn't even tell me about there baptism and i said well to make up for it im going to make you baptize them and he just kind of laughed and i was like seriously i think it would be really cool if you baptized them and he kinda looked at me and got all teary eyed and was like i would love that!! So he baptized them and it was really really good. I think he put pictures of the baptism on his blog. If ciera doesnt get them from there then she will get them when elder gunderson brings my mem card home. Then the next day at church they were being confirmed and I had elder Neves confirm the first one and then i was actually thinking about having my companion confirm the other one but something just kind of moved me behind him and i just did it.... It was really one of the most amazing experiences i have had.... as i began i absolutely and no idea what i was going to say. But as i Performed the ordinance all of the sudden all of these thoughts and feelings were coming to me and it turned out to be really nice. I remember saying stuff about how much of an example he was going to be to all of the people around him and i remember the feelings about what a great leader he is going to be in the church it was very very cool..... the church is so true! Our teaching pool is really low right now because we have dropped about three people who just arent serious. One guy was meeting with us because he thought i was going to take him to America. After i got him straightened out and explained what my purpose was then he started bouncing appointments and stopped coming to church.. It was sad he is a good guy. So we are going to be asking for referrals like crazy. Its gonna be fun. I'm excited though because lately i have felt like I'm one of the older missionaries on the mission and i have kind of slacked a little bit and it has made my experience miserable but heavenly father has really uplifted me lately and i have rededicated my self so I'm excited for what is to come. Well thank you all for the love and support. I love you.
