This weeks e-mail

Hello!
Well I am still taking it a day at a time. Im dumb because I think that I am supposed to be over the homesickness and be perfect at teaching and then I remember that it is only my second week on mission. There is a kid in the Bo zone he is in the njabaima (n-ja-bwayma) area but he is really cool to talk to because he explains how it took him a good three months to be able to get to that point so there is hope for me i guess. We are teaching this guy name Steven and he has been through alot in his life he has partied and committed adultry and all this crazy stuff. His wife lives out in Kenama right now but they are trying to buy a house together or something. But she was in town this last week and we were able to teach them together and we taught them about the proclamation to the family. They have one son together. But it was really cool to see the lesson really click with brother Steven he wants to improve so bad! His wife is just kind of like whatever but he is a really good guy. Our branch struggles. Church here is so different from home and the members arent very strong. I dont know its hard to explain but its just weird. We dont have alot of Fellowshipping for the investigators so its hard.
So I the other day I was getting really frustrated with myself because I am having such a hard time with the people. There personality is so different and I cant relate with them. I have never had the problem of talking with someone and being able to carry on a conversation and genuinly get to know them but I cant do that here. And I have been frustrated with the food and just everything. And the other night I was reading my P. Blessing and I read this part the just drilled me with the spirit. It said "you will find your mission not only exciting but also very demanding. You have already been blessed with a tolerance for the country, the people, the food, and any unusual physical circumstance." wow! Pretty much at that point I realized that I need to get over my self and know that everything is taken care of and just to start working like crazy. So that was cool.
Peoples understanding here is so small small. They believe what we are telling them but they dont realize that only this church believes this. We taught this one lady about the apostasy and the resteration and everything and she was all you need to come teach this to the members of my church haha crazy people. We were teaching this other lady about the Holy Ghost and I dont know what religion she is but she said she has recieved the holy ghost she said that her mom gave it to her. She said that they said a prayer and that she opened her mouth and it came into her and it picked her up and made her shake and all this crazy stuff. And I had been teaching that lesson and after she said that I just sat there with my mouth open and looked at my companion like what the crap. But he just moved on with lesson and figured it out it was crazy.
Well my time is getting short so I am going to end it here but thank you all so much for the support. I love you
Seth
